If you’re ready to take your first step into the insurance world, iMas Insurance Brokers is offering a 12-month Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme. This opportunity is aimed at unemployed South African youth from previously disadvantaged or designated groups who want to earn while they learn.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in Sales and/or Administration within the Long-Term Insurance sector, while also receiving structured theoretical training, coaching, and mentoring. At the end of the programme, you’ll walk away with an Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4 — and valuable workplace experience.
What You’ll Get:

Who Can Apply: Requirements

Must have Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
